#36 BLT Pasta Bake: Bacon Leek and Tomatoes

BLT- Traditionally this would stand for bacon, lettuce and tomatoes. But in this recipe it stands for bacon, leek and tomatoes.

It was similar to a mac-n-cheese as it started with a rue. Yet it had the additions of the BLT and then baked afterwards.

Great flavor. Nice texture.  More fresh from the garden tomatoes.
